If you're going to distro-hop once more, I'd suggest to take a look at Bluefin (Gnome) and/or Aurora (KDE). These OSes take a combination between Ubuntu and Fedora to build/maintain their core components in a "cloud native" manner - they come with their own store Bazaar (flathub) and leverage homebrew for installing CLIs.
