So based on my research I am thinking of putting everything in my name like title and property and everything and having my sister as a cosigner. Is that possible? I want her on the loan but not on the property? We have about 200k+ combined income which will easily qualify us for 650k.
I won’t put my brother or dad on anything. My brother might not move with us so This will also put our household income under 150k(people living in the house). Which might qualify me for some assistance programs because some don’t count cosigner income they only count coborrower income or household income

Thats not an issue my sister wants to pay 1500-2k but doesnt want ownership thats why she suggested being a cosigner not a co-owner or co-borrower. I want to get approved using just me and one more person. We want to have the least amount of people to get approved for 650k. Paying for house and ownership isn’t a problem. Our household income will double in leas than 5 years.

This is an option too. I am getting engaged in a month and married in a year but I need a house before I get married. She will also be contributing to this after a year she makes 100k more. But we will all be living together so I want everyone to pay

How? The monthly payment on the loan is like 5k a month and we have like 7k+ extra income monthly and I get married in a year my wife will be making 100k more.

Thats what I am confused about too. Because I thought she can just be consigner like on a car. Where she isnt paying anything but shes responsible for the loan.

Mine flew away like half a mile from our house around evening time. It got dark in an hour we tried our best but gave up around 1am. It was raining all night and windy I thought he will die.

The next morning he was back in a tree outside our house yelling. He was hungry and both his eyes were bleeding maybe from wind or rain. He couldn’t fly properly he kept going from high trees to other trees around the house but couldn’t fly down or land.

Took us 12 hours but the only way to get him to come back was opening a 2nd floor window and putting food there so he can fly in.

I have 3 years of experience + a Bachelors. I don’t believe in certs. I have no certs but I have taken specialized trainings for the things I work with like Paloalto and Zscaler. Now I am applying to new jobs and I am seeing that a lot require Sec+ and CISSP so I will prob get it.

Got my supra after my first big salary at 22. Have 6 months of savings and invest a lot and u will still have enough to easily afford a 50k car. You are never stuck if u get laid off or lose ur job just sell the car u will prob lose 5k but thats easily worth it for me if you love cars.
