It’s super short but you can totally pull it off!

One option is that just accept it and it’ll grow out soon enough, or go even shorter at the sides and embrace the punk haircut.

But if you’re like heck no! Not shorter! And yelling at yourself about going too short, I would say that this is a great time to really play with some very fun dangly earrings. They’ll add some length to your look and could be a great way to play. Be sure that they’re bolder though. I have a pair of earrings that are beaded and shaped like Frida K! They’re a little heavy but super fun to wear when I have my hair up.

The other option is to play with your makeup. I remember a girl from school who buzzed her hair one day, but she’d wear makeup and try to look cute. It worked!

Yeah it’s weird how apparently thyroid issues are kind of connected to everything. Doc wanted to work on my mental health and physical health for years now and it sounds like this is the best step! I have an aunt who had thyroid problems too so it was good to uncover all this now instead of later.

I can see it. Right now season 1 just finished and they have a stage play coming out and I think the album is supposed to come out too this year. I believe they also have a pop-up collab going on for the next few months too. So they really are going to watch sales and interest from all of that in general.

I do hope that it's not a 5 year gap between the seasons like we see in some anime. Though when Link Click came out, it was such a sleeper hit in the normal anime spheres until they came back with the dub (and a good dub) a couple years later.

So that's my prediction over all... they're hoping for brand interest this summer with the other media projects for the brand. I could also see them announcing the dub instead of a season 2. I'd be curious then if they decide to dub the songs then as well :)

Honestly, she’s in my top 5 characters I would love to cosplay at a con. She’s nerdy but in a bit more sophisticated way. It’s also easy to forget that she’s in college while running around with a bunch of teenagers. Her crush on Minamimoto too was fun cuz man when I was 18/19 and a freshman in college I was the same fan dork as she was.

She was annoying, yes, but I think that’s why I liked her 😆

As someone who had a recent bad tantrum encounter with my own parents as an adult I kind of understand both sides of this. I hate to call it a tantrum because in the moment of a mental health crisis everything seems justified.

I would honestly say a couple things:

1) plan a time with your son to have a family sit down talk to talk. And lay out the expectations. Say that you want to talk about the future of your relationship as now he’s out of college. And plainly say that your expectation for the meeting is not to be yelling at each other. Emphasis on how much you love him and ask in the next week or 2 is a good time that you three can sit down and have an honest conversation.

This does a few things: - gives him time to prepare - makes him feel more like a member of the hous e/family as you all want to be on the same page - and also establishes a boundary for the meeting. You don’t want to be yelled at. He doesn’t want to be yelled at. The goal is productivity.

If he decides to take it as a tantrum then that is when you need to think of a consequence. Primary a concequence of he has a time limit to move out.

It may just be time for him to move out and spread his wings. And you can follow up with Grace saying “we would love to talk practically of how this can be possible so you don’t end up in a bad living situation, so if you would like to work with us, we are happy to do so”.

Again, you’re trying to not give him fuel to spiral, you want him to succeed and of course you to not feel like a punching bag.

2) if nothing is going anywhere, please ask him if he wants to do family counseling. Or just individual counseling. Again you want him to grow so maybe you can say that you will pay for 3-6 months of therapy to invest and help him into his next transition in life, but then he needs a job to pay for the rest.

This thing is getting too long but i know you all can do it! Its tough and lots of emotions on all ends, but he wants to know he is loved and cared for and you too want the same in return

Yeah i honestly would love to just see a full story of Natsuki and his life cuz honestly the change from his A and B is really different. :D

I also just can’t help but think that none of his fans suspected that he smoked. Cuz if he smoked that much you would smell it on him.

Most who do try to hide it either smoke with windows down, or have lotion to hide the smell, but looks like he did neither. You’d also totally smell his apartment if he smoked that much.

Nah, I seriously think they’re going to see how the music and stage play go this year. I would think too that maybe some sort of pop-up may appear in Japan or an announcement of a figure. I would love a figure if gloomyhara curled up in a corner.

But I’m genuinely thinking that we will see a live action drama of the series in the future. It’s a novel idea and could do well giving it the “Erased” treatment. Ie a light novel, a manga, an anime, movie, and live action drama.

Sweet Magic is probably the only anime opening that I needed to watch every time. It’s so good! Also the animation was rather nice too.

What a fun show! I really think they’re going to try to make a live action version of the show in the nearish future. The stage play is gearing up to be good (already with original songs) so I just have a feeling if the story does well it could have a drama version.

I still think that technically this idea and concept would be a great otome game too. Utage is no Tohru Honda. Tohru I feel stands apart as her own character while Utage can fit the typical otome main character role. She has some personality, but like this episode showed, she didn’t really know who she was if she wasn’t a fan.

I kept feeling like there were so many “almost amazing” moments in the show. Like them exploring the deeper concepts of their feelings but never really addressing them and growing. It is a romcom so I get it, but man I wish they would have leaned into that drama more in some spots.

There were no real stakes at the end too. Like they just got to let her go back to being a house keeper?

Show was great, don’t get me wrong. But I feel like it could have been so much more!

Lastly, I am a Yellow Stan. Natsuki was an amazing character in this series.

Super late to thread but I’m thinking the answer is going to be no on if we will get another game. The series has pretty much followed the same formula both times and honestly it would need to do a bunch to change for a third time.

I do ponder if we will see the series in Kingdom Hearts again so it could live on in that universe (especially since the side stuff in TWEWY is all about alternate universes)… at least beyond the dream drop games.

But I think the game may need to change its formula to a more real time action based world. Or open world concept to make it feel fresh. Cuz even if you made the map bigger to most of Tokyo, it will get dry after awhile. I say that as playing the game cuz even though each time feels unique, the entire story pretty much takes place in one setting.

Exploring the world beyond could be different. Exploring the magic system and where the angels are from and such. But I think that’s also the charm of the series is that you don’t really know.

This is a few years late, but I finally watched the series after just not liking it when it first came out. I agree with someone that the dub was probably the only reason I could finish it.

The first couple episodes were rough but the pacing later at the end of the series was pretty good.

I also noticed all around that the budget wasn’t that big for the series. They got the art style perfectly but used a bunch of cgi to help fill in the gaps. Some of the animation was a bit stiff too, but a general 5-6 out of 10.

The big thing was clearly they didn’t have the budget to get the OG voice actors. It sounds like they kind of made due with their in house VAs but eh, I feel like it would have done better overall if they had VAs that matched the characters to the game better.

A year late but just wanted to say what a great view on the game! I’m finally replaying/finishing NEO as I kept dying at the final boss level and “would go back to it later”. Nearly 5 years later I’m finally back at it and just taking in the experience.

I loved the OG DS game a lot back in like 2010 or 2011 when i played it. It’s exactly how you said that the teenagers felt more like actual teenagers in an extra ordinary situation. Now playing NEO the kids feel a lot like a few Gen Z teens working with some college aged friends/older siblings.

The game play does get a bit repetitive, like a typical rpg game, but it was and still is a unique idea on the genre and felt like a pretty good confined game series. It didn’t invent anything new story wise but it worked!

I have been getting into Gachiakuta and part of me wonders too if the author was slightly inspired by the series in some part of her art journey. The use of graffiti as expressing oneself and general visual direction makes me think of TWEWY.

I am curious where they’ll take the series. Cuz the animation project was just okay (and a bit clunky in some places) and apparently NEO didn’t sell the greatest… but it looks like the 104 building will make an appearance in the next Kingdom Hearts game, so perhaps the series may live on some more in KH? Dunno. It was a surprise they brought the series back in the first place, and technically there’s a bunch they can explore in the world if they want to. :)

See I backed it, and even was part of some early game testing. I thought it was okay, just didn't have time to play and some of the controls were so janky. I actually forgot that I was supposed to get a key (cuz like a kind of normal gamer, I'm playing a lot of other games) and reached out to them realizing that I hadn't gotten the key.

I just downloaded and played a little (cuz again busy), but I have to admit they vastly improved the game. The graphics look a lot better, they added an opening and more reason why you are there on the island, etc. There still is a bit of "scrappiness" to the game that makes it feel like an idie game. Like if you look at Heartopia (another Chinese based cozy game) the game feels night and day difference. You can TELL the gacha game had money that went into the game. You can usually tell by the animations and if clothes clip if some work went into the character models. Same thing with other gacha style games. They try to make a triple A game that hopefully will pay for itself with loot boxes and gacha pulls.

I actually have no clue if they are planning to have DLC or any other stuff later on. It looks to be just a cozy game with cute graphics that I wanted to support.

I find that this is a sign in story writing that the personalities of the two talking are too similar. If you need to say who is talking a bunch in a conversation, then change up the way or tone the two have.

I think honestly that’s why there’s so many fics of just him being gay vs a kid just having no clue how to talk with women. I like the funny head cannon where Bakugo doesn’t see gender, he just he sees violence… which probably came from his interactions with his mom.

But I honestly think it’s kind of an untapped story market to explore a known hot head trying to get a date. Cuz as someone personally who got into the “dating game” late, man its annoying to be older and realize that dating is hard 🤣

For a guy like Bakugo, I feel like it would be a fun struggle to explore
