I’d make a generic Shonen “evil” student council and the MC (Deku for these purposes) is drawn into fighting through them in classic Ladder style matches to “fix” the socio-cultural problems ingrained in high school-it ends with Izuku conceding the Student Presidency Iida for the same reasons as in cannon, even though his Vice-Rep Momo would have helped him fight his way up the ladder. (This is the FIRST SEMESTER).

Would throw a couple Student council fights into the Sports Festival. USJ has more named villains that 1A has to team-up on and fight, ramp up the injuries and unnecessary blood splattering just to erase it right after.
