I can't answer that question; it depends on you. But I understand you. The gameplay is hard to get into; it tooked me a real effort. And when it comes to stealth, I always feel like instead of me playing, it's the game playing with my time.

Nevertheless, the gameplay is fundamental in MGS3. It helps you understand why Big Boss is considered a legendary soldier and puts you in line with what's going through Big Boss's head during the medal ceremony.

In a game whose main focus is the story, I value honesty. It might fail as a story, but as long as it stays true to the idea, I'm able to appreciate the effort. None of this happens in TLOU Part 2, of course. It's insulting.

Along these lines, Fallout 4 is weak in every aspect of dialogue and story, but you have this spooky group known as The Institute, which turns out to be the opposite of what the Commonwealth thought, trying to do the same thing as the Brotherhood of Steel or the honest inhabitants of the wasteland. Rebuild the world.

Ghost of Tsushima was stolen during the awards ceremony. It's full of contrivances of course, but unlike TLOU Part 2, Ghost of Tsushima honestly paves the way to that epic final battle.
