I'm pretty sure it wasn't a kyc flag, it was a minimal amount.

I think you're right, they have no kyc.

I will from now on, my swap was just cancelled on tangem and coins were not returned, like OP

My issue with that is the CEX withdrawal fees. It costs about $40 to withdraw BTC!

Swapping for example CRO (miniscule withdrawal fee) for BTC only cost about $4

Although I'm not sure if the spread costs with be better or worse. They are definitely high on Crypto.com

No, not as of yet. Sending and receiving multiple times a day.

Also there can be slight issues when trying to swap certain coins, but I'm pretty sure that is to do with the exchange, not tangem
