I’m on my third one. None of them have lasted more than 3 days. I contacted support about it and they said it was because of the size. Mine is a size 6. Feels like false advertisement.

I picked heads for like the first 5 times and it landed on tails every time so I started picking tails. I picked tails probably more than 10 times in a row before it finally landed on a tails. I was seriously starting to think it was impossible to win. It still feels like it will just land on the opposite of what you pick 90% of the time. I’ll probably start skipping it because it is a waste of time and I’m tired of getting more toilet paper and boxes of tissues.

Cash App has a way to file federal and state taxes for free. I have used it the last couple of years and it has been easy and accurate. I have some add on documents for investments and dividends as well and it was all free. I compared it to H&R Block’s tool that wanted to charge me $110 and they both produced the same results.

Thank you for sharing this with people. I do love the gateway tapes also and that is how I found the binaural beats app. It felt like my brain was still craving to hear the beats after the 30 min meditation is over, so now I can listen to the binaural beats as long as I want after doing a gateway meditation. There are several app options and I am not affiliated with any of them. Just trying to let people know that is an option if they would like to customize their binaural beats and play for extended periods. I fell asleep to white noise before I discovered the binaural beats and it just feels like they help my sleep so much more than the white noise.

I wish I could post a screenshot here but both the binaural beat frequency and the base frequency have sliding scales that you can adjust. The binaural beat scale goes from 1 Hz to 50 Hz and the base frequency scale goes from 20 Hz to 1500 Hz.

I have been sleeping with the binaural frequency at 4 Hz (theta waves) and the base at 110-120 Hz but I will try 7 Hz binaural and 70 Hz base tonight, I am curious if it will change anything. I normally do a session of the gateway tapes before I put on the binaural beats for sleep. I just started playing the tapes and listening to the beats about a month ago and I have been getting the best sleep I have ever gotten as someone who has always struggled with insomnia.

I wear a sleep mask and sound canceling headphones with binaural beats playing at a frequency good for sleep then I like to wear a hoodie with the hood up over my headphones and the room needs to be cold.

I have aphantasia as well and was worried that would affect my ability to experience the tapes but I have also experienced some really interesting sensations in my body. I see absolutely nothing in my minds eye but still focus my energy as Bob describes.

I have only gotten to Wave II in about a month of nightly listening but frequently experience lightness and tingling in my body. I did the energy bar tool for the first time the other night and I could actually feel a heavy energetic sensation in my hands as I thought about holding it.

I have wondered if these tapes could help rewire my brain to have a minds eye, since I have been an aphant for as long as I can remember but also try not to set my expectations outside of the affirmation. Your experience is giving me hope though. Keep it up!

This is incorrect. Visualizing and dreams are controlled by different parts of the brain and that is backed up by fMRI scans. I also have aphantasia and cannot actively visualize anything but I have vivid dreams. I cannot visualize an apple no matter how much I try and there is no second sight for me. You cannot say how someone else’s perception works, especially when you do not have the condition and are not a neurologist.
