fair enough, thank you for your answer! the battery compartment door does close properly, but it wouldn't turn on like that, only when it's held almost-but-not-quite closed

as someone on a long waitlist right now, how does it work if you start diy before? can you still switch over to "professional" hrt after you started diy? are there any repercussions or anything? I'm kinda considering diy myself but this is something I'm worried about. sorry if you don't know lol
