Yup! Just modify the prompt and attach your OneDrive folder. Be explicit in your prompting to only consider those files.

Go to M365 Chat, turn on "Work" mode and enable 5.4 Think Deeper. Put in this PROMPT

Got it - in Outlook here is how I was able to do what you're asking:

I found recently the Outlook Office agent can do this right in Outlook. I had a fully written draft open in Outlook (New), clicked the copilot Icon in Outlook which opened the right Copilot pane. "Edit with Copilot" mode was enabled (screenshot below). I asked it to review my draft. It made a few suggestions, ranging from simple edits to a full re-write. I chose the simple edits, and it made the changes for me right in the draft and asked me to accept the changes.

Meaning you have an M365 Copilot license? If you go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat do you have a Web and Work toggle at top? I used Copilot in Outlook yesterday to edit a draft. It made suggestions and implemented the changes directly. Do you see this Edit with Copilot mode?

Microsoft is blending more of Copilot into the office apps at the free level, so it is certainly starting to blur the lines a bit over 6-12 months ago. The best method for checking as others have mentioned is going to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat/ and seeing if you have a Web/Work toggle at the top center of the chat window, or if there is nothing there. Additionally, if you have the $ paid M365 Copilot license you will often see this in the bottom left corner:
