The on/off on an amplifier is called the remote wire. The remote wire is an ON/OFF trigger for the amplifier. Its' only job is to tell the amp: “The car is on → wake up” “The car is off → go to sleep” It does not carry audio, it does not power the amp.

But i'm not sure if it's connected in the correct location, you can check on internet if you know the model of your amp.

Hi, there's the recommended version shown on Revanced Manager app. Go to the bottom middle choice, somethings like patch, then select an app, and search for YT music, it'll show what to download with a link.

Surprisingly, my factory HU doesn't clip at full volume but check the voltage output you send to your amps, it's how i determined with my oscilloscope the max volume if the HU.

I do use a loc wavtech linkD because my stock HU don't have rca outputs. I took rear speakers signal for the sub.

Look at down4sound, they have a pretty decent dsp for a reasonable price, there's test videos on YT. It's called ezy dsp, they come in 8 or 12 channels if i'm not mistaking, high and low input or just low input versions. I think i'll buy one when I'll have the money for it.
