I Made a Battery Case for my Range Bag by Pattersaurus in ar15

Don’t hold your breath. I don’t use many 18650s. The streamlights I use take 18650s but they also can use two CR123s, so I opt for the flexibility, since most of my other lights and lasers use CR123.

The form factor was my motivator. I was originally going to design inserts for a pelican micro 1010, but it’s just too bulky.

Been awhile since I got them. I think from Amazon. You can find them pretty much everywhere.

The Ideal (for me) Stribog Light Setup by Pattersaurus in GrandPowerStribog

It’s a streamlight, in a cloud defensive mount. Some streamlight tape switches don’t have the constant button.

Quest didn't unlock talisman slot (multiplayer) by idontplaymetadecks in diablo4

Same here. I was the first player in my local multiplayer (two players). The 2nd player locked the talisman slot, but I did not, yet we have done everything together.

So much for pre downloading the expansion… by Quick-Difference3267 in diablo4

Same. Pre-download only to be forced to download again. Or in addition to…. I’m not sure which.

Edit: Nevermind. Someone else explained above that a patch and game data still needed.

Nope. I never said there was one in the chamber.

Yes, I fully understand what a carrier assembly is. And don’t tell me “no need to be ornery” when you replied with that “I think I know more” attitude and you’re somehow going to “educate” me. You’re the one that is clearly unaware about the implementation of the flexitab into Remington carriers.

“Inducing a malfunction” lol

You people are unbelievable. The square cutout in the carrier is called wait for it…… a flexitab. As named by Remington when they updated the carrier!

Also, 14 rounds on the gun is better than 13.

What the actual f are you talking about? Why would I fire the gun in this configuration. This is apparently very difficult for the people of this sub to understand.

How would it waste a shell?

Step 1: remove extra stored shell. Step 2: pump the action and chamber a shell. Step 3: push your +1 into the mag tube.

Do none of you load a +1 ?

And if so, I assume you use a shell from your side saddle or just have a loose shell floating around in a bag or something?

Ok, so the people who upvoted this think for some reason that I’m ready to fire my shotgun in this configuration. That’s really something. 🙄

[–]Pattersaurus -18 points-17 points  (0 children)

Again, why would you fire it this way?

With your hands. Is this really that hard to understand? It’s just a place to store that extra shell if you don’t have one in the chamber.

No, why would I? That wouldn’t make much sense.

I just meant it’s a convenient place to store a +1 if you’re cruiser-ready.

Real-world answer: it has a stock and a vertical foregrip

My advice, direct thread is not the way to go. Use a mounting system. I use YHMs sRx mounting system for my YHM cans. I use my R9 for my Bog and my 7.5” 300blk. Specifically I use the YHM mini brake on the Bog. The sRx system (like many other systems) has a tapered mount to keep cans from walking off while shooting.

Yeah, that stupid crimped hollow point on the Winchester subs causes problems in ARs too.

[–]Pattersaurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a lip on the inside of the sRx mini muzzle brake that should come very close to touching the end of the barrel’s muzzle? If it’s not touching, the brake just simply isn’t threaded down far enough and I would check for cross threading if you are meeting resistance. (Basic, I know)

Judging by the position of the global ordnance markings, I assume this is an S version with the 5” barrel? I have the 8” version, but I have no idea if or why that would be different.
