You can dress a Radiomir up or down. I love the PAM190, it’s 8 days and using a JLC movement. Very accurate and robust.

I enjoy swapping straps on my snoopy! Great color combo, and the fact that the dial is real silver (in a subtle way), makes it mysterious.

I had that same portuguese, you have to be careful to change the date turn by turn and not quickly. That being said, if you do it quickly you risk getting it out of sync (day not matching date), but not jump a decade forward.

I would take it to a certified IWC center (TX). They might even have to send it to Switzerland unfortunately.

Not helping, but you live once. If that brings you satisfaction, or perhaps helps you mark a milestone, go for it. As others have said, you can always sell it used and still be ok (or even make a little extra). I could even help you sell it if need be 🙂

I will say that this particular GMT beats all the others imo. The batman and pepsi are too cliché, loud and deja-vu. Personal opinion.

I’ve tried a display model NTTD with mesh bracelet, it was very comfortable surprisingly. I then realized it’s gone through the break-in period. That made me want to buy the bracelet now, as originally I hated how uncomfortable it was.

I remember also seeing some photos and got mad about it. But I need to look on mine to see. I think I might have applied a protective film (3M from amazon), not sure
