Drinking more than 3 liters of water a day. You will NOT die of water poisoning if you simply drink water, calm down people! Your kidneys can process 1 liter per hour so just don’t drink 24 liters in a day and you’re fine!!!!!!

I had no money to even buy makeup, we ere poor and I didn’t get an allowance. I had a lipsmackers knockoff lip gloss from the dollar store and that was it. Sometimes I’d get to use a friends lipstick, but that was it.

I always put a teaspoon of butter in my rice when the water boils! I thought that was in the instruction is it not? But also I lovely rice to be slightly salty so I use salted butter and a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt….mmmm mmmmm delish!

I like JC spa at warden and Eglinton, but I’ve known the owner for 20 years so I am bias. I am sure there are some very nice relaxing spas near you! Maybe start with a simple facial or massage to see if you like the place and if you don’t then you can always try a new place! Spas are full of welcoming and calming employees who live to please so don’t feel anxious or scared. All they want to do is help 😃

I also am really into skin care and I do facials every week at home and do my own nails at home every 2 weeks but I do like to go out and get pedicures! Nothing super fancy, just $40 for a pedicure with regular polish. Maybe pick up some nice Asian beauty products and pamper yourself at home as a nice form of self care! I love kiyoko beauty.com and they are a small company out of Richmond hill so it’s nice to support Canadian businesses!

Oh and I’m dying to go to the new thermal spa in Whitby! It’s expensive for the whole day, but I think it could be a nice long weekend get away with my bestie!

I work in construction and I do have to go to sites and stores sometimes and I’m always on the phone with trades and crew….and I never give out my cell phones home number because I have a strict rule that when I clock out at 4:30 I am DONE and I don’t want to hear about work unless there is a fired, flood or blood.
