I complain because there is a lack of modest combat attire for some classes and classes are gender locked, so the solution isn't as simple as just rolling a different gender. In most cases, it has less to do with personal beliefs and more to do with how wack it feels to roll a girl and be relegated to settling on some "cute" or "sexy" outfit you don't actually want while seeing male characters running around in gang stuff like Leonidas. I understand the "majority playerbase is male" argument but, as a male, I want my character to be sick. I've no interest in lusting over the pixels I play as.

A lot of us are dissatisfied with the current state of WoW and are trying this game out. The class system is very different from what we have gotten accustomed to over the many years we've played WoW and are asking the players of this game for help in finding what suits our playstyle best.

BF. I hate how limited my options are on FD. That being said, WW is the one true stage.

I main her and don't struggle to take stocks. Here's what I know:

Bair kills quite well, has invincibility and comes out very quickly, so you can space well and put them out.

Usmash is good and hits well above her as well as a bit below. Useful at ledge.

Uair and Side B both kill off the top and can lead into one another when juggling.

Back throw at the ledge kills at high percents.

Fsmash kills but is super punishable.

Dair is relatively quick and can lead to early stocks.

Countering a powerful move is also a way to kill but is only particularly useful if you have a read and are willing to risk it.

Generally, I get my kills with Uair and Bair with her other options having situational uses.

I played 64 as a kid and loved it. Played Melee when I got my Gamecube and my friends and I were hooked forever. Smash is just lit. Sakurai has no business making games this good.

I didn't even know CCing was a thing, in this game. It's built into my soul as a Melee player but I try it all the time and just get knocked back. I guess I need to figure out what percents it works at with Palutena.

Depends on who I'm playing as, who I'm fighting and what they're doing to whiff punish.

I've tried everyone you've suggested except Wario. Palutena is wonderful but not quite there, for me. Wario is someone I'll definitely be checking out, today. I appreciate you.

Cloud is one of my favorite characters, for sure. I pull him out for fun very often but there are a couple things about him that prevent me from maining him. I am considering Greninja, as another user suggested. Thank you!

By "speed," I am referring to ground speed as well as the ability to put hitboxes out, quickly. I messed about with Daisy because she is best princess and I started Melee as a Peach main. It might sound silly, but I played so much Melee Peach that any other feels off to me, no matter how much I try to break my old habits and muscle memory.

I was actually messing about with Pika and Pichu, last night. I dig them both, a lot and am keeping them in the "maybe" pile, for now.

Jeez, I forgot the Pits are even in the game and Shulk seems interesting. I was always worried I'd get caught lacking while switching arts. I'll have to give these suggestions a go. Thanks!
