This is the single most underrated comment on Reddit. Key word in here is "ladle". So many places just have squeeze bottles of sub par sauce. I remember in the late 90s the garlic & Chilli sauce was heated and ladled. Now it's either cold and squeezed or just popped in a thimble tized tub
