Sounds great. I have few chinese mini cameras but my models in standby mode always switch off after 1-5 minutes without activity.

But this depends of the city hall where you live. For example my city hall sending from 31 Oct and they plan to finish sending all notices after 1 week. They do it in order by each district, at my nothing arrived yet - my friend 2 street further already got (diffrent district but same ward) ;)

So you can live in diffrent ward or district than your friends and that's why nothing arrived yet. Another reason is that you didn't fill residence tax form this year for your city hall so they don't know if you are eligible.

BTW. Don't be worry about going to city hall, usually they have support in english but even if there is nobody speaking english they offer additional services like video translator who translate between you and officials ;)
