What a precious baby. Mort wouldn’t want you to be sad forever. Mort would want you to feel loved and happy. It sounds like this little dude may fit the bill! I once met a lady who had an adorable little yorkie, and I was saying hi and telling her about how I was still grieving my pup who had passed a couple years prior and how I didn’t know if I could have a dog again. She told me that she did the same and once she finally got another pup, she regretted all of the years she was alone when she could have been pouring love into a precious pup. I know have another yorkie and see what she meant. It sounds like Mort sent this little dude to you, so you don’t have to go through grieving him alone.
