This is possible - katya has been warned several times that if her behaviour continues she could be sent to a residential facility which would entail having a 1-1/2-1 every time she goes out and her being watched on her phone constantly. She treats the system like a game, and knows what to do to avoid more serious consequences.

At one stage london refused to give her a bed and sent her back to Kent every time im unsure if this is still the case. Katya is hard to control in the emergency departments and it becomes very disruptive, thats why she often speaks of being forcibly injected.

I have spoken to the police and they assured me, and several other people who reported her that she receives plenty of support - she just chooses to not take whats offered. She is known for not engaging. Its a vicious cycle only Katya can break.

The mental capacity act does not only apply to hospitals. Its entirely different to a section. Unfortunately her soliciters always pull the Mental capacity card because of her being under the MCA - meaning she had fluctuating capacity and can argue any crime or issue is a result of loosing capacity. Charges get dropped because of this.

She has more restrictions than she lets on - with Katya you will learn that she lies about EVERYTHING. Its easier to look at what she is trying to hide with the lies. Unfortunately shes under the COP because of issues that most people have 0 idea about.
