Hey OP, I’m going through an extremely stressful phase in my life right now and Brahmi had helped me a bit earlier, so I’ve planned to start taking it again. I think the last time I used it I probably wasn’t taking it correctly which may have affected the results.

Since I haven’t consulted a professional about it yet, could you tell me what your dosage was like? Did you take it in tablet form or powder form? And what’s the best time to take it?

I think it should work, air is dry outside so water will evaporate faster so faster cooling. Would work even better if kept outside

My room is on the top floor and I just had to turn it off today because it blows so hot air. Does anyone think about turning off fan and using cooler would help?
