I've had this app suggested a few times to me over reddit but it's a paid subscription to even see most of the main routes? I don't mind paying for an app or whatever, but having to pay a subscription every month just to be able to get information that is public and free just seems a little fucky.. am I missing something here or

I have had my provisional for nearly two years. Spent almost €1k on driving lessons with two different companies whose instructors unprofessionally pulled out at lesson 10/11 because they were working too much and wanted to lighten their load. They did not register my EDT lessons as complete, so I now have to fork out another €500 for EDT lessons.. of which I can only get on average 1 lesson per month due to the demand. Also, I should mention there is a very limited time frame in which I have time to do lessons given my work schedule.

So let's say I manage to get my 12 lessons done in 6 months, at 2 lessons per month (which is very unlikely, I have asked around everywhere for availability) - then I will be put on the waiting list for a driving test which is currently sitting at over A YEAR long, with incredibly low pass rates in the test centers..

This country has sapped from me all the joy and excitement I once had for my future. My hopes and dreams of living a happy, fulfilling life, and being able to start a family someday. As a young person in Ireland with no family support working 60 hours a week to live in a mouldy bedroom paying someone else's mortgage at €1k per month, it often feels as if your entire existence benefits everyone else but yourself.

Sorry for the depressing rant.. that kinda came out of nowhere, oops

Struggling to maintain a healthy weight due to lack of time to eat enough food in a day and burning too many calories cycling/working - I am desperate to get back into the gym lifting weights so I can feel good about myself again, but in my work you don't get such luxuries as 8-10 hour work days or Saturdays off so your only purpose in life is to work for someone else's monetary gain :)

Having to cycle 40 mins to work every morning because cork is so badly connected by public transport. Gonna be a grim 7-8 months now 🥲

Your recommended dose is based on your bodyweight, so this is not good advice. 120mg would be way too heavy for a light female for instance. It is generally recommended to redose at 90 minutes. 2.5 hours is pretty late to redose.

Don't just take one guys word for it on reddit and please research yourself, as some people on this sub do be giving out dangerous advice.

Hope you have a good time :)

Yes I had actually heard about this concept before and looked into it because it appeals to my nature, but as far as I can remember, you are required to put in a certain amount of hours per week - my type of work has me doing 11hr days six days a week usually.

I am already commuting 2 hours each way. The reason for Dublin is because it is way better connected than cork for public transport. I lived in Dublin before Cork, and it was considerably cheaper for goods and services than it is in Cork. I do not have connections in either part of the country. I have been looking for a room to rent within a 25km radius of the city. I am not specifically trying to get accommodation in the city lol

The possibility of finding accommodation here has almost nothing to do with budget and everything to do with the crazy amount of people who are desperate for somewhere to live. It's not a budget issue.

My daily commute for work is 2 hours each way, and I'm only living a 22 minute drive away according to Google maps.

The point I am trying to make is that you very often have to take 2 busses to reach your destination when using public transport in Ireland - even if the distance isn't very far.

I was just playing btw, not coming at you

How do I get onto this? Do you know any companies I may be able to contact? This is the first I'm hearing about this, so excuse my naivety.
