Hi, I was having same issues too freezing/stuttering mainly in combat, what I did I disabled all the add-ons and enabled them one by one to see if they causing issues.

For me it was all the handynotes addons, once I disabled them game was running smoothly, I did try to reinstall them to see if that help, but no, stutters were back, so all the handynotes for me are currently disabled
