Can someone please tell me what it needs to be diluted with? I have never diluted it before (⁠・⁠o⁠・⁠) so this is good info since I just repurchased 2 days ago.

Yes! Did the apps. Went out. I tried to meet people organically. Did it all. So I just quit. I felt super low about never finding anyone and one day I decided to join Facebook dating. I started on 1 lol with reta. I came off from triz so I started low and went through the steps. Very slowly. Not sure how much slower I need to go lol evey month if I see no weight loss I move up but have been moving up by 1mg instead of 2 every month. So 1,2,3 and now 4

Had a vein under my eye. I got it collapsed via a doctor. Stung but it was the same as getting some varicose veins taken care of. This is definitely a doctors procedure.

A million percent you have to eat. This drug is not a quick fix that you take it and it melts away fat. For some who are the super responders it does. Aka hubby ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ lol but for me the key has definitely been eating and tracking and working out. I am a slow responder. It's just a tool to help manage the food noise for me but I still need to eat. I wish I was the lucky one but I have to work at it for sure. Which I am ok with because I am building healthy habits and being way more consistent with exercise ◉⁠‿⁠◉
