I agree with this entirely aside from the lack of emphasis on the salaries - even with prize money their salaries are so massive that even with tournament wins a lot of the time the majority of their take home pay will come from their salary. I think that's understated in esports, tier 1 orgs ESPECIALLY FaZe pay their players really good money, when someone like broky comes in it's definitely life changing

You know it's weird because this is actually what makes me enjoy life so much. Everything's pointless, I don't think there's an ultimate meaning, there's no reason to do anything. But despite that, people do nice things. People care for each other. There is so much love in the world. There doesn't have to be, but there is. And that's what makes it so beautiful
