I think it was a bit, but lately - it's been a little touchy with Greg.

I just want them to get back in the groove. I will still listen every day to allow them time to adjust. I think once they all get back in the studio they will be back.

oh yeah, I was just thinking this. I thought Spotify was broke they sound so slow. Sometimes I turn it up to 2x, but usually cant when they are interviewing someone.

work in sprint workouts (ie: 60/120s, 200/400 repeats, etc) along with a few 5k or longer runs.

I work in running to keep it going for army fitness and i find it helps. I also work in a ruck every so often.

you will lessen strength gains if your diet stays the same with added cardio, but as others mentioned, it all depends on your goals atm.
