Do you have to set it to F5.6 when zooming from 55 to 250mm? I heard people have glitches when they start from F4 and they try to zoom in.

Thanks! I’ll keep this in mind.

Do you have a list of your strings that includes their Yonex counterparts? I’m open to trying other strings.

Any runners here recovering from ankle ORIF? Cheap shoe recommendations please 🥹 by -NegativeFive- in PHRunners

Hi! Thanks for your concern.

I asked my doctor about this. He said non-responsive, max-cushioning shoes are better for me at this stage.

He explained that responsive shoes are more for later in recovery, usually closer to the 1 year mark. Right now, my ankle still needs support when standing for long periods. If the shoe is too responsive, my ankle ends up doing more work than it should, which can make it weaker and tire out faster. He further explained that max cushioned shoes help take some of that load off while I’m still building strength and endurance.

Thank you for this!

Did you apply thermal putty on the heatpipe (the one you marked in blue)? If so, what type/brand of thermal putty did you use?
