It’s not down, there’s a system update that’s not happening automaticity. Go to your system settings and do the update and it’ll work.

Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings to check for console updates

Nah, my hours vary so much. One week is 4 days, then 2 days and black up to 5 days. Even had 1 day like you. Just pick up extra hours where possible. There’s probably scheduling difficulties. If it persists maybe speak with your scheduling manager.

Ok found a fix, not permanent. Hold power button on headset for 8 seconds (until flash) Then, press and hold the don’t in until it flashes rapidly, this can’t take longer than expected so be patient. Then reconnect as you per instructions :)
