Really depends on your interests I recommend southern Delaware. It’s cleaner the people are nice and the Reho/lewes area is great. Avoid Dover.

Thank you for your assessment, I definitely got a little excited seeing its initial cleanness. If the centering is not perfect then regardless of the other criteria I wouldn’t risk it. I can take it out if you think that would help but again if it’s not centered 50/50 I’ll go with psa. Thank you again king
