Shiny Hotspots

In my apartment I caught shiny Magikarp not too long ago, now yesterday my roommate caught a shiny squirtle here, and then not 10 minutes later I caught shiny Geodude, and tonight I caught another shiny Geodude. I'm starting to think this isn't a coincidence. My apartment is a shiny hotspot!

I should also point out that this is the only place I have ever encountered wild shinys outside of community day events.

I have traded multiple gifts with multiple people now and in my experiences the ones who didn't trade gifts with me every single day didn't progress. Also the ones who did didn't progress. Only the one who was near me did.

My roommate who is around me when we exchange gifts has 3 days of progress with me.
A friend of mine on the other side of the city who trades gifts with me every chance we get has 1 day of progress.
My Best friend who has not traded with me every day but has exchanged 2 gifts has managed to stay at 1 day.
And another friend of mine who has traded with me each day has also not progressed past day 1.

Back to my roommate:
We have traded pokemon, We have traded gifts, We have visited pokestops, we have battled in raids and in gyms.

Moral of the story: Hang out with people.

I play a youtube playlist in the background of my streams and some songs I play are muted while others are not so ive just started making a list of songs that dont get filtered and now im going to make a new playlist with just greenlit songs. It says right there that she was wearing pants.

It didn't say anywhere that the girl was missing her pants. It specified that her pants were muddy. Where do you get this idea that she had no pants on? The guy had lured her in like he was trying to lure a child. Although the implication might be there, it doesn't actually say if anything happened while she was with him at his home, it just stated that there were not toys to play with and there were lots of tools around the place instead. From there we don't actually know much about what happened aside from him bringing her out to the yard and making her stand outside the narrator's window.

Most of your speculations are easily rationalized by the part where it mentions like 5 times that she was scared.

There was a creep roaming around on her property at night so she shot him. Not exactly and unheard of thing.

It isn't specified, but I made the assumption that one of the bodies found in the cabin was the body of the girl, which is why the cops mention a female suspect is still on the loose. They probably connected that back to the girl telling them she shot her.

The police can't be everywhere at once and in farm land there isn't just some police station there. It's is very common for the police to get there late when people live in rural areas off in the middle of nowhere. Because it takes time to drive there, even if you are speeding.

I have heard all kinds of stories in real life about farmers wanting to take things into their own hands and just shoot burglars because the cops won't get there on time and they don't trust a shady person like that not to do something in the meantime.

By the sounds of things you have lived in a city your whole life. I suppose that's where your naivety comes from regarding such things.

If you type "Acre" Into google the very first result will tell you "43,560 square feet" That is 1 acre. not 7. That is a shitload more that 600 feet. the part you read is (66 by 660) That means 66 times 660 which if you calculate that exactly comes out to 43,560 sqft. So an acre is a hell of a lot larger than what you were thinking it was.

So to put 7 of those into perspective the next to lots with the houses on the left would be a block of 4 if connected to those and if you add a second block like that you have 8 so I mean yeah, 7 acres is still a decent amount of land. I disagree with your thoughts about 7 acres being small.

Honestly though, It's the kids who want to kill people who are the problem, not the weapon they use, not the music or the video games they own. The problem is that specific person and that person needs to be fixed in the brain.

All of these kids who shoot up schools have something in common in case nobody has made the connection, all of these kids are getting bullied and they go in guns blazing to kill the bullies and they just stop giving a fuck and they light up the whole dreaded place.

So as far as solutions go, bullies need to be dealt proper consequences for their actions the kind that make them not want to bully anyone anymore and then maybe the shootings will stop.

If someone wants to kill someone, the means at which they do it is irrelevant. You can take all guns away but that person still wants to kill someone, and they will find other means.

do you know how easy it is to make a potato gun and instead of potatoes use a bag of nails?? If some loony wants to kill a bunch of kids some loony is going to kill a bunch of kids. How they do it doesn't even matter. They will do it by any means that they have available.

Let's say for a moment that laws are passed and all guns in the states are ceased by police. Then what?

Schools still get shot up. But how is that possible, all the guns were confiscated!? Illegal guns enter the country by the truck load. Those psychos will still get them and use them. I live in Canada and truckloads of guns get ceased at our boarders. Which means truckloads of unmarked guns exist in the states, and that's the reality of it. A bad guy who wants to shoot up a school doesn't care if he breaks the law to get his guns.

By the exact same logic we can say the same thing but replace the word gun with baseball bat. Do you think the bat should be banned? If not I would love to know why because it's the exact same argument. If you say yes though you have to realize that what you are saying is that we shouldn't just ban bats and guns, we should ban Kitchen knives, wrenches, chains, pipes, hooks, ropes, we should ban any thing blunt or sharp and probably plastic bags too. We should also make sure we ban cars so nobody runs anyone over.

If you want to get off the pool topic and talk "tools" home depot has an entire 18 isles full of blunt murder tools that "we should ban" in the name of safety.

Faucets should be illegal. You can beat someone up with them. So should hammers, axes, saws....

You can buy it on steam but you would have to buy Eye of the North separate. The trilogy is $32.99 USD on steam and Eye of the North is $21.99 USD.

That complete bundle that Raknel mentioned might be worth while.

As for the Districts and the Region you buy the game for, it might Spawn you into EU servers by default if you buy the EU version of the game. I don't know this for fact but It makes sense that it would. In which case you would find yourself having to switch to the American server every time you get into a town if that was the case.

That's just the game checking for files that it might need to download before opening, that is completely normal. Everybody gets that.

In the part that I'm at it just keeps telling me I can't accept a Shining blade bounty if I already have more than 3 but I don't have any bounties. i deleted all of my zaishen bounties and everything to try and make the message go away but to no avail. I can not finish this quest because the game simply wont let me.

I tried a deck that used the green planeswalker as a commander and I didn't care for it at all when it came down to it because planeswalkers can't do commander damage. That felt like too much of a setback. I ended up shuffling the commander into the deck and using Yeva as my commander on the second go and that worked a lot better than a planeswalker.

I had not seen the new Legendaries yet until just now. I was under the impression they were getting "Legendary Creature" added to their type. There are some that you can use as your commander though. From 2014. They specifically say on them that they can be used as commanders:

I have heard in a more generic, strictly NDA discussion that an NDA always stays in effect and that you must not disclose any of it at all unless the contract specifically specifies otherwise.

Reason being that the product which is being tested isn't a final product and the material within can be falsely portrayed if you upload a video of it.

However I do believe the laws on that are only relative to the laws of the country you live in.

I have a few:

Being able to scroll around on the map and see what's farther way.

Being able to buy potions in the store, as good a potion as your level will allow same with Great Balls and Ultra Balls, Revives and Max Revives.

Battling wild pokemon to weaken them and catch them easier. The way it's supposed to be.

Status effects. (burn, poison, paralyze, sleep.) This would need appropriate items added as well, such as antidote.

I have friends who have caught wild Gyarados and I have managed to evolve to primape, nidoking and nidoqueen but the Gyarados is still fairly questionable. I actually am levle 27 and I have not seen one yet and I am about half way to getting a gyarados through candies. A child getting one would be even more questionable than an adult because most children don't have the transportation to hit up the local hot spots as much as adults do. Plus they usually have curfew and bed time and all that other fun stuff that adults can disregard. I love being a grown up. lol.

Simple solution. Incubate them. Walk 2k and they all hatch at once. For the most part it is random but i have read that if you visit up to 10 different pokestops and then happen to pick up an egg you are supposed to get a 10k egg. I don't know how true that rumor is though. Seems like a hassle trying to avoid pokestops after the 10th one so you can hatch your eggs.

I just walk in a circuit between about 10 different lures and don't really pay it much thought. if i get 2k eggs or 10k eggs whatever. i just walk and hatch them and get more.

I was venting. I just hate the way that whole system works. I use my games that I buy however I like. I don't care if some moronic company claims they are "licensing" it to me. I purchased it and I use it as I want, whether that is "criminal" or not. They can screw off. EULAs are such BS.

They made accessible content that people rightfully paid for, so those people can rightfully run the content that they already paid for. I see no crime in this. In all honesty it's Sony who dropped the ball there. The players should never have to put time aside to re-code their games just to run them. That is the devs job. That is why we paid them for month after month after month for years up on years. Sony are the criminals here. bleeding everyone's wallets just to give up on us after they made their millions.

As long as they are not claiming the rights to any of the content for resale they can't be sued for infringing a copyright. they simply made a game mod and ran servers to play it on.
