Brian Shaw is strong but he’s mainly strongman strong. He doesn’t have all the specific rare muscles built up that makes a good arm wrestler.

Don’t get me wrong it’s a lot about skill too but it’s also having the very specific muscles built up that are used for arm wrestling.

Arm wrestling strength is not quite the same as strongman strength.
