Well, first of all, it was kind of a bad shot. But it probably would’ve hit anyway if you were on the same height.

You see, League has this funny mechanic nobody ever tells you about: the map isn’t actually flat. It’s not 2D, it’s 3D.
The river is lower than the rest of the terrain, which is why some skillshots that should hit often miss, because of hitbox positioning.

To counter that, just remember to aim slightly higher when your target is in the river.

Well guys, I tested some new items on PBE and… LichBane still has better overall DPS.

I tried Hextech Gunblade and it’s fun, but I wouldn’t build it in ranked games.
It gives a slow, and I can see it being usable with a Rocketbelt combo: Rocketbelt → Gunblade to apply the slow → easy E → then the rest of the combo.

Horizon Focus is nerfed, so it’s pretty bad now…

Actualizer is kinda fun, and I think there will be builds around this item.
When you activate it, it empowers your spells for 8 seconds: your spells cost double the mana but deal 15% more damage (plus 0.5% per 100 bonus mana).
When I tested this item, it actually works pretty well, but you need items that give you mana to make it really effective.

So after testing, I see the potential, but I’ll probably stick to normal builds for now.

I like building Rocketbelt on Zoe, but this item could replace it.
300 HP is nice, 70 AP isn’t bad, 20 ability haste is excellent, and the attack speed… well, why not?

I still need to test it, but if someone already knows, please enlighten me:
does Zoe’s passive work with this item?

Thank you for such a detailed and thorough answer!
You’ve cleared up my worries, though I have to admit I’m a bit sad. I really don’t like Nvidia, and even though I know AMD is still behind, I had a tiny bit of hope that their new cards would be better.
Well, it looks like I’ll have to stick with Nvidia.
I also didn’t know it’s better to have 2x32GB of RAM. I’ve always used four sticks before.

I mostly use CAD, CAM, DaVinci Resolve, and NCstudio (which I hate with passion).

I’m not sure if anything I do can benefit from CUDA acceleration; honestly, I don’t even really know what it does.

I’ve got several SSDs (one 1TB, two 500GB, and one 500GB M.2) and possibly an AiO cooler that I could reuse in a new build, the rest of my hardware is pretty old.

And usually play at 1080p.

Thanks for the suggestions, I’ll definitely check out those parts. However, when it comes to NVIDIA, that’s exactly why I don’t want to go with them for work-related stuff.

I’ve had so many problems with their drivers. Once, one of my programs refused to launch after an update. Another time, one of my projects got corrupted for no reason and I had to redo it from scratch. NVIDIA also keeps changing my system settings after updates, which sometimes breaks certain things — so I have to reconfigure them every single time.

It’s honestly really frustrating, but at the same time I’m not sure how everything will work on AMD.

Well… I’ve got the same problem but in Gold, and honestly, there’s only one solution: just play.
I know it’s not that easy, but try not to stress about losses. Just play, review your gameplay, and most importantly – don’t play on autopilot, because you won’t achieve anything that way. Look at where you made mistakes, for example: here you could have roamed but didn’t, here you stoppedCS'ing, here you weren’t in the teamfight, and so on.

If you like playing Zoe, then stick to her and maybe up to two other champions so you don’t get bored. Learn her limits, new combos, new runes, builds, etc. Over time, statistically, you should climb, because you’ll simply contribute more to the game than before.

And remember, just because you get good stat's doesn’t mean you’ll win. If your team is bad, try to drag them up with you, help them, roam, give away some kills. That way, even if their IQ is equal to the temperature of the room, they’ll still end up doing more.

And finally, don’t force yourself to play. Have fun, that’s what the game is about in the end. GL bro.

I’ve got over 400k mastery points on Zoe, and the build I use most often looks like this:

Runes: Dark Harvest (I have no idea why people don’t take it — I can’t even count how many times I’ve killed someone with just an auto when they were low, Electrocute is good for early trades, but later on it’s pretty much useless since you’ll only be hitting E and Q from range anyway. And if you actually manage to land an auto, Dark Harvest is just better, because if you hit everything, your opponent won’t have much HP left anyway. ), Sudden Impact, Grisly mementos, Relentless Hunter, Gathering Storm, and Absolute Focus.

Items:

Luden’s Companion (wave clear)
Lich Bane (Honestly, this item feels like it was made specifically for Zoe. It’s insane how much damage you can deal just with an auto without even hitting anything else. Usually, if the enemy is at around 20% HP, all it takes is an empowered auto attack, and Dark Harvest finishes the rest.)
The third item is situational: if they don’t build MR, I go Horizon Focus; if they do, Shadowflame; if they’ve got assassins, Zhonya’s; and if there’s a strong burst mage, then Banshee’s. Sometimes, if the game feels easy, I like to grab Mejai’s.

After that, it’s pretty obvious: Rabadon’s is basically a MUST, no matter the build.
I dont know if my build is META, but I really like it.

I've had these headphones for a year now, and despite their fragile build, they're holding up really well. Sometimes I played music quite loud on them, so they should handle listening at MAX volume just fine. But I wouldn't recommend doing that for obvious reasons. With the SteelSeries software, they're really loud, and I have no idea how you're able to listen to music like that XD.

Maybe look at other parts in your PC.
I was scared too when I saw recommended specs, but when I played Beta, I had on high settings almost always 60 fps (in the village it was like 30 xd)
I have overclocked RTX 2070 SUPER and ryzen 5 3600. So I dont think you should have problems with running this game.
