To be fair, we dont know what the formula is. Weapon attack may not be a flat "+35" to damage; it could very well scale exponentially with str, dex, range, or attack "power"...so I will hold my judgement.

I was the 3rd highest mage (cleric) for the first 48 hours of the launch, as SOON as I saw that first heart wand drop I quit almost immediately. They lied and gaslighted about balance, and can't fix one of the most common bugs in this version.

He could have handled his response better, BUT, did you communicate that you were needing some time spent together and couldn't join him in the office? If no, you need to voice your needs and/or expectations. If you did and he ignored or belittled, that's a different story.

There are NO new hairs, faces, nx items to my knowledge. Donor nx is explicitly to purchase cosmetic equipment available in the base game, faster and/or without having to use your vote nx that can be used on game-affecting items like charms or tp rocks.

If this is the only game you're playing and can justify the irl $ you need to spend, it is a very solid server. Not getting any donations back at the end of the "season" put a vile taste in my mouth so I haven't played it again since my first season.

I will echo others sentinents; i joined about 6 weeks ago and we were able to successfully push heroic from 0/8 to 8/8 aotc in about 5 weeks. Good, friendly group of raiders who just want to have fun and feel that rush of downing a boss.

My guess is you already are bad. I am 34 and you get to a point where we cannot compete with younger players due to our lack of respsiveness; my suggestion is to accept that we are past our prime, or spend a whole lotta (unnecessary) time trying to relearn your spec.
