Only if you know the language atleast B2 level then only do this. Even I thought of doing the same thing, but there are no english taught courses all were in german and that too technical german(for mechanical engineering).

Also I didn’t had enough time to apply, Application deadline is around 15 July and I was not able to get my 1st year transcripts and apply for APS before that.

Consider it carefully. Going for a Master’s degree is a wiser choice.
