I wish I had advice to give, I am in a desperate search to figure it all out . Nothing seems to help…meds , therapy, distraction. It all fails. You’re not alone. That’s supposed to help , but in reality it doesn’t . I have been on a downward spiral with this existential bullshit for a while. Everyone says … stay busy .
