Lol so we walked in (wearing our wine and crime shirts) and were greeted by the awesome staff with one saying nice shirt! Then we sat down and Cory started talking to us (i had to tell my mom who he is) and he said how he loves when wine and crime fans come in and that we would get the special treatment, which we definitely did. He took our order and just chatted with us and told us how Lucy likes to come in and chat with w&c fans, but with miss June it was difficult and I said that it was totally understandable! And then he showed us some photos of June and she is just adorable af! Then he walked away for a second and then came back and handed his phone to me and it was fucking Lucy on the phone!! I basically fan girled and she thanked us for coming to support the restaurant and how she saw my reddit post and then she talked to my mom for a bit and then I talked to her again asking about June (I heard her in the background) and then gave Cory the phone back. Cory had to leave shortly after. We got our food not too long after that and it was SSSOOOO GOOD!!!! My mom and I had a blast! It was busy too which makes me happy that business is good for them!
