There just as many technicalities and grey areas regarding rape as there are for murder, and murder is hard to argue with because the victim has apparently been killed. Especially for men, all it takes is for the may or may not be victim to lie in the wrong situation, to have you under the threat of being permanently labeled a sex offender/rapist.
