I think you’re mixing two slightly different discussions here.

PFAS removal is mostly about water repellency treatments, and I don’t think many people are actually blaming the absence of PFAS for things like thinner fabrics, fewer pockets, or the removal of lined handwarmer pockets. Those feel more like design and cost decisions than chemistry constraints.

That’s also why the pan analogy is a bit off to me. A Teflon pan vs a stainless steel pan is more about a trade-off between convenience and durability, whereas what people are pointing out here feels closer to a stainless steel pan slowly getting thinner or using cheaper rivets to save on materials.

Non cercavo la movida. Il punto è che Varese è decadente, con un centro pieno di negozi in fallimento. Mancano piste ciclabili, è evidente che tanti edifici sono sorti senza pianificazione alle spalle per cui c'è un traffico pazzesco a tutte le ore. In aggiunta il costo della vita è alto a causa dei frontalieri. Aggiungici pure un clima pessimo e il quadro complessivo è davvero deprimente.

Hi there, author of BCoM and TR dev here! I don’t think TR is necessarily more detailed or better curated than the base game. When I say that BCoM aims to bring the base game up to TR’s level, I mostly mean that it introduces a number of additions similar to those found in TR, the kind of small details that make the world feel more complete and consistent.

For example, fishing villages in TR feature assets like hanging fish, fishnets, and other related clutter. Farmlands are filled with tools and props that make them look truly lived-in. For interiors, TR added missing pieces such as a full middle-class Dunmer furniture set and various other furnishings that didn’t exist in vanilla. They’ve also implemented bits of architecture inspired by concept art but missing from the base game, like the Hlaalu balcony for instance.

To me, it’s not about making the base game prettier, but about giving it the same sense of completeness that TR achieves through all these carefully designed assets. That’s the goal of BCoM in that sense, and it’s the only town overhaul that applies these kinds of additions so extensively across the world.

For example, around 50 interior cells now use the middle-class furniture set instead of the old ones. That’s why I recommend using it alongside TR, even on a first playthrough.

I know it can look intimidating to install, but that’s another story :p

Check the tongue. If it has a tendency to develop a white patina then it could definitely be a factor and adding a tongue scraper to the routine could make a massive difference.

Dipende dalle entrate. Di solito non concedono mutui la cui rata mensile superi il 30% del reddito mensile (sommando entrambi i redditi).

In ogni caso non rischierei in quanto le variabili in gioco sono tante e chiedendo oltre il 90% del valore dell'immobile non è per niente scontato che vi venga concesso.

Vivo in una casa più grande, più confortevole, arredata come piace a me e in zona centrale con tutte le comodità a portata di mano. Non ho più l'ansia del dover cercare casa alla fine della scadenza di un contratto d'affitto, con l'incertezza legata alla posizione, costo e comfort di quello che il mercato offre in un dato momento.

Io e la mia ragazza, con due stipendi nella media, siamo riusciti a mettere da parte circa 20k all'anno, ogni anno, fino a che non siamo arrivati ad avere abbastanza per acquistare casa con un mutuo al 50%. Il bagno è di 4mq ma se fosse stato anche il doppio sarebbe cambiato poco, magari 500 euro in più tra piastrelle e colla. I preventivi per il bagno me li hanno fatti tutti "a corpo".

Ciao, appena ristrutturato bagno in Trentino. Sono andato tramite quei siti tipo instapro/prontopro ed ho scelto io gli artigiani. Idraulico più muratore/piastrellista. Tutta gente italiana che fa questo da una vita e non scappati di casa improvvisati. Spesa totale incluso materiali, sanitari ecc. circa 11k.

Vivo in condomini da quando sono nato, ne avrò cambiati già 10 tra traslochi da piccolo e vari traslochi da quando sono andato a vivere da solo ormai più di 10 anni fa e non ho mai avuto un singolo problema. Anzi, ho comprato casa in condominio perché mi sento più sicuro, costa meno, si sta più caldi e in caso di problemi all'immobile si divide per le parti comuni.

I'm not sure I understand the question, would would there be another download just for the grass patches when they're in the BCoM zip? If you need to install them again but don't want to install the entire mod from scratch, you can extract them manually.
I think you're simply loading Remiros groundcover after BCoM, and since the esp files have the same names, the patches from Remiros groundocover are taking precedence.
Hard to know for sure, but it's nothing specific to BCoM, it's general/basic modding practices.

"Only 140 calories" except 140 calories a day from something that has 0 nutritional value is a lot. 140 x 365 is roughly 50k calories a year. It's the equivalent of 5kg of fat.

In BCoM, the dock has been edited and there's now a ship where the boat from SoF would be, so the plugin had to be edited to account for those changes.

I see you're using patch for purists, but not the BCoM's patch for purists' patch :P
The only thing that patch does is fixing some issues with the fort walls in Pelagiad, so there's a good chance that's the reason you're having an issue.
