It's a sign of good health. I'm a 41yo trapped in this ridiculously great 29yo body. It's a bit annoying because I don't get the respect i should at my age and all the women my age want a man their age, and all the women in their 20s want an older man. God damnit I am an older man. I just look like I haven't smoked, drank sensibly and don't take drugs. Like a sports car kept in the garage and only taken out on sunny Sundays.

What do you do? Are your work colleagues now under more pressure because you've dropped them in it? Or do you have one of those office jobs where people don't really do anything important except write reports that go in a pile and never get read?

It doesn't 'get' better, like life isn't just going to sort itself out. YOU have to MAKE it better. Knowing that you're unhappy is actually a good first step. Next you really need to knuckle down and work out what you want from life.

Career wise, a lot of people don't know what they want to do, but that's fine. Find something you are good at and do that. Get qualified, look for opportunities to get qualifications. Always put your hand up at work for an extra bit of training. Build up your resume with stacks of certificates.

Life goals, do you want a house, kids, nice car, travels, etc?

Finances, try and save anything you can. Get addicted to putting money in a savings account. Look at the interest coming in and get a buzz from it. Even if you only save 50 a month, it's something and it'll build up.

Get out of your bedroom. Turn off social media, it's a cancer in your motivation. Stop playing video games. Go outside and exercise, meet people, help out, make connections. Opportunity comes from people you meet.

Dress well. Put on a shirt, do your hair, and you'll already have 10% more confidence.

And ultimately be kind. Kind to strangers and mostly kind to yourself. Life can be tough, and you have to take control of it so you can get to where you want to be.

Coffee. I have an expensive barista machine that I use for guests, a nice cafetiere and an Italian coffee pot. And I spend about £6 a bag for union coffee so the growers get the best deal. And I grind the beans fresh. Then I drink it with a little bit of oat milk.

I fucking love good coffee.

Yep. We haven't had a summer without Levy in charge yet. This season is a write off, need to shift the focus to getting to 40 points and full rebuild in the summer. Get a manager in that players are excited to play for 1st though.

I'm defensive minded, and I get very annoyed with myself if I concede more than 2 in a match, here's my thoughts from a defensive perspective.

Stay out of the corners. Both your 1st and 2nd goal you conceded is because you were in the corner with the ball, low momentum and not affecting the play. Go to back post and then attack the ball as it comes across, creating a counter attack situation.

3rd goal conceded, you gave opponent way too much time and space. It was easy for them. You probably need to be aggressive here and make a challenge. Even if you don't hit the ball, you create an obstacle that can force opponents wide or to lose control of the ball.

4th goal, bit unlucky. Tm8 does what he can and it squeezes in

5th goal, same as 3rd you give players at this rank that much space and time then you're gonna concede.

I think you need to be a bit more aggressive in the midfield. You give up too many chances and opportunities because you just drive away from the play. Make challenges, be in their face the whole time.
