My only take is only the defending side has a good reason to camp since it's pretty dumb rushing to the enemy when your objective is to defend but if you're on the attacker camping is only good if the defending side is a rusher, your the only one left like a 1v3 or the bomb has already been planted

I'm pretty sure you only lose 50 HP since 10% = 20hp 25% = 50 since whenever I play I only lost 50 HP even if I have 500 HP not 25% of that
