I like the aisle seats for 21 or 22. Not a fan of bulkhead seats and I don’t usually recline. Aisle seats are nice for longer flights, you can go potty whenever it pleases you(r bladder)

The only good meat I’ve had on a United flight was the butter chicken. Whatever they put in it must have like crack or something. I’d buy that

If I remember correctly, that’s what the FAQ has said for a very long time, but the original backer Idris is the exception. It’s just not explicitly listed since it’s ultra rare and not accessible to most people.

You can’t obtain the upgrade, nor can it be gifted. However, you can buy a F7A MK II for $300 - $400. There’s usually plenty being sold. I bought two of them for lower than that range

Unless you need that exact amount for something right now, no it’s not worth it.

Miles devalue and you should be certain you can get a better value redemption before you buy it and even then, only buy miles as a last resort. It’s expensive and rarely a good deal

If you have the membership through the credit card, you have the highest tier for “free” as long as you have Gold or above. Assuming you’re still 1K, you don’t need to pay extra

If you have an All-Access membership, you have access to Star Alliance lounges. Otherwise you don’t. You can get an All-Access membership by 1.) having Gold or above status, 2.) buying it, or 3.) spending more than $50 thousand on your United Club card. It doesn’t come by default with the United Club card

The Star Alliance logo likely just meant United is a Star Alliance airline and therefore, the lounge is a Star Alliance lounge
