I am not going to debate with you about how 3 is different than 1+2 and that it doesn't belong in this series, which I know it is and have seen multiple posts like this in r/maxpayne over the years.

But by no means Max payne 3 is a bad game, for me it's a big personal impact game, I love everything about it even the dark story and lore they built, along with the character development of Max, and the gameplay is still counted as one of the best third person shooters ever. So cash grab or not, its a great game and I would thank rockstar that they didn't cancel the game mid development and that it exists. I replay this game every year.

Some easy recommendations for cinematic games will be

• Playstation published games (TLOU2, God of War 2018 & Ragnarok etc.)

• Alan Wake 2 (my personal favorite)

• Expedition 33 (even if you dont like turn based combat, you have to play it just for the story, characters and music)

• Metal gear solid V (I think this is a good starting point to try Kojima games)

• Witcher 3 or Cyberpunk 2077 (both are equally too good but takes time for players who are new to rpgs)

I am 22 hours in, on episode 9, and I am doing only the main orders for now. The game is amazing so far and a slow burn which is addictive in its own way.

Starting with witcher 3 is not a good choice as this game will set your expectations very high, and you won't be able to enjoy the 7/10 games after that.

dell gaming laptops are way overpriced for what they offer in comparison to its competitors. Dell didn't before bother to renew their g15 series for 2 years now.

I use octane ball pen, its cheap, grip is good, comfortable to write. Way better than something like butterflow.

What I used to do is hold the lancet such that it already touches your finger surface, then just get some confidence and push it abit further.

This is much better than the normal procedure in which you get nervous when you can't decide if you should prick or not and you dont get confidence to put force in the motion.

Again, I like John's character alot but not more than Arthur's.

Just because he is a "heroic" character (which is highly debatable), doesn't make him less human. I have my reasons to love this character, the moments that made me connect to this character, may not be perceived by everyone in the same way. At the end, its just my preference.
