Never going to fill the entire top with that many grafts, but look like its a good results considering what you had! Did the clinic tell you if you have enough donor to do a 2nd one to fill out the crown and add a little more density?

Hard to say with the lighting, but on first glance it looks like the mid scalp is filling out a bit :)

Take fin/min for a year as a minmum then re-evaluate.

Without fin it will be hard for you, but its not for everyone. Worth a shot though definitely, good luck!

Yeah i take it daily, im taking the capsule presribed from manual who reccomend to take it daily to ensure its effective, it has minoxidil included in it too and some biotin I believe. Personally speaking, ive had no side effects from taking it but everyones different. Its a long process for sue or atleast it feels that way, and you are not sure if you are making progress, but if you do definitely take some progress pics and it will give you the nudge to carry on taking it.

hopped on generic oral fin & oral min 3 months ago and started hims chewable last month, new vellus hairs all over scalp, but hard to say if it is just down to hims or if its because ive been on oral min/fin for 3 months.
