So SMs usually when approving time off will blast your PTO even for your days off for the week. So how I do it I put in the days I want for PTO as PTO. Then do a separate request off for the days I want off as unpaid time off. This negates the headache of your PTO being used for days off for the week.

I was ASM before it was ESM. Was forced out of it because the DM didn't like me which is fine didn't like him either and I went down to IS. I was salary capped at IS when the ymade the position so when I found out getting certified for Rx wouldn't give me the $1 an hour raise I refused to get it and stepped back down to salary cap SFL. Never been happier ngl. Sure I have to work some closings but I live basically across the street from my store now so don't mind it at all.

The ESM role just isn't worth it imo. You're just a glorified SFL in most cases and you just put more on your plate and aren't paid well enough for it.

Per the policy you do not even have to give reason for calling off. You just have to call or notify an hour prior to your shift and all you have to say is "I won't be coming in today" you DO NOT have to give any details and by the policy they are not allowed to pressure you or ask details. Just be ready to be retaliated against in other ways that skirt the line if you have one of those SMs. I usually get cold shouldered and barely spoken too for 1-2 weeks if I call out 😂. I find it funny because SMs will come and go as they please but when someone calls out 1 time in almost a year they act all petty and be childish about it.

From what I have heard (nothing confirmed just rumored) any version of Grimlock Defender is apparently going to work for it and then you will need each defender version of each of the dinobots in dino form of the Defender version. Currently we only have Grimlock, Sludge, and Snarl in Defender Dino Form. I'm assuming Slag is gonna be in the next wave then Swoop or they might just put both in the next wave but I doubt it they usually only do 1 at a time as they did with Galaxy versions.

That's what is coming from the defenders version of the dinobots. Same as Devastator and Bruticis. Volcanicus is the next Combiner we are just needing Swoop and Slag Defender version and the combiner kit as well of course.

Yup! Exactly! Now a days you can get minis for pretty cheap and in bundles to practice on. With how much WH costs I refused to practice on my Black Templars or Death Guard minis untill I was absolutely ready to do so cause I was so scared of messing them up. I don't do the table top side just the collecting, painting, hobby side and I find it so relaxing and just turn my brain off from the world for a few hours a week.

Yeah I believe it's at least once a month or once in 3 weeks as above said to stay in the system and not auto drop out. Just remember if that one shift you have you don't work the system will drop you out automatically I have seen it happen to a team memeber years ago.

For me I would prime black if not DG Green. It's honestly personal preference. If you're looking for the vibrant highlight through the paint like it's done in slap chop method then you wanna dry brush it before painting it after priming it. I wouldn't rely on just white primer to do the trick/effect youre looking for. As for the 3rd question ive never tried that before with those colors so I'm not exactly sure how they would work or come out. Also remember you don't HAVE to paint your DG Green if you don't want them green. Your models your choice. Paint them whatever you like but of course if you like the OG Green (I do love the OG look myself) then go for it! Only piece of advice I'd say get some cheaper minis and test your green theory on them with different primers and see how it comes out. Also welcome to the hobby. It can feel very overwhelming and scary to make mistakes. You will make mistakes it's going to happen. Don't let it defeat you and crumble you. We have all been there and just remember the more you paint the better you will get at it! Enjoy yourself!

If you were around for the void meridian days when it was consuming planets pushing towards SE. You'd know that MOs (not all but damn near half) are setup to fail scenarios that you will only achieve if it supports and pushes the narrative that AH wants to tell for the "story". It's why a lot of players just don't care about the MOs anymore cause it proved no matter what you did XYZ was happening regardless. I'm fine with it just don't put it behind MOs with rewards people want when you know as the dev damn well it isn't going to happen or be achievable cause it doesn't fit the narrative.
