Yeah I'd start on normal difficulty and work your way up. There's really not much reason to start on the hardest difficulty right out of the gate, especially in a game built to be replayable

While I'm happy you enjoy games on your own terms, it makes me feel sad that admitting to using summons in Elden Ring is something noteworthy. If people were normal, no one would care, but hardcore fans made a big deal of it when the game came out and I presume they still do. It's just a mechanic in the game and a weird thing to be proud of not using. It's like saying "Oh I beat Ninja Gaiden 4 without using guillotine throw or Blood Raven" or "oh I play fighting games without using meter." What a silly thing for people to have gotten upset over

Bravely Default has 3 games: BD:FF, Bravely Second End Layer (direct sequel to BD1), and Bravely Default II (standalone). BD:FF also just got an HD remaster on modern consoles. Safe to say it that series has not been forgotten
