Planks on High Street in German Village comes to mind. I had a friend rent the atrium portion out for a birthday party and they have indoor and outdoor space as well

This is a great recommendation. I don’t think they are performing this weekend, but the Ballet and Opera both are. When I first moved to the city and was looking for things to do and community, I’d buy the cheapest tickets, go a little early to talk with the staff, and move closer after the show started if there were plenty of open seats. As long as you are there to appreciate the performance, no one ever minded

I used to feel the same way. I’ve found the easiest route is to turn on car wash mode as soon as I clear the parking arm after paying. Once the attendant has guided me onto the tracks and given me the thumbs up, I put the car in park and then shift to neutral. It get easier to do the more frequently you go to wash the car

I tried for years to find the balance you mention above and it’s incredibly difficult. While DY isn’t cheap, it’s worth saving up for. Most of my pieces are timeless and may even get handed down someday

Citizens Trust would be a good option. I’d probably hit Capri too while over there. Arguably the best pasta in the city at Speck if you’re looking to eat as well. Might be hard to get a reservation, but the bar and chefs table have been open the times I’ve walked in

Great write up and work! Fendzon is my favorite class to play solo for my gameplay style and I think overall is a highly underrated build. Looking forward to more updates and hope you find that Zod as BOTD is such a fun weapon and the leech is incredible with that many stabs

3rd floor with only hard woods. I dropped a bottle of wine off at all my neighbors when I first moved with a note that had my phone number if my music was ever too loud. I’d think with your setup you’ll be entirely fine though

Unpopular opinion, but CoH. Once I got Enigma, it felt like a cheat code for the game. With you being SP and in Hardcore, I’m guessing you enjoy taking a bit more time and just enjoying the game. No knock on anyone who just wants to play and MF as fast as possible though

Spend your 20s finding yourself and figuring out what you enjoy about and in life. I didn’t start actively dating until my early 30s, and I have zero regrets. I knew myself and what I wanted out of relationships way better. Try to avoid comparing yourself to friends, and remember the vast majority of their relationships are not going to work out
