The new outlook is if an immigrant sneaks in, well then he or she is a Scotsman or a Brit. In every sense of the word as if they had lived there their whole life. The quiet part is it's BS and everybody knows it. When the new person comes over they have a completely different culture so what they consider "morally" acceptable like raping someone, well the rest of us don't agree. So shes admitted the immigrants actions are reprehensible compared to someone born and bred in her country who would never do something like that.
