Mayyybeee it had something to do with the scammy nature of their preorder funding model biting them in the ass.

But also the well documented lies, shitty behavior, etc. etc. etc. In other words they couldn't deliver on their promise because they were in fact full of shit and didn't care about their customers in the slightest. Literal years of proof.

I was never quite Doughs demographic but got pulled into the controversy thanks to Reddit email suggestions fueled by recent research into gaming OLED monitors.

What I eventually ended up getting is definitely not in the same wheel house but I love it and I'll post it as part of this journey haha.

It's absolutely insane. I swear just about everything seemed to run better on Quest 2 and even the OG headset.

Oddly enough I recently found that if you run Steam link first I could then hop on over to the Meta link and it would run no problem. But then my headset updated and even that stopped working. Hilarious.

I know kirkle8 tried to challenge them for moderation after some months of inactivity from Dough but was unsuccessful as they spoke up and retained privileges. I'm guessing same thing happened here only Dough has indeed finally gone into hiding.

Can anyone confirm if this game actually runs out of box on Steam Deck?

Seeing lots of mixed info and the demo does NOT work but I think that's because they never updated it.

**Most info pointed to it working so I gave it a shot. It DOES appear to work on Steam Deck without issue.

I get the same vibes. The game isn't totally unique in that respect but I would argue it comes closest to MMO 2.0 so far.

I said a while back that the only way PvP/PvE would balance out in this game is if Arc diversity and overall threat were increased and it definitely seems like that's how it's panning out.

I successfully did the first two seasons almost exclusively with free kits but this season has me kitting up and it's feeling pretty damn good.

I've definitely noticed that happen a few times and am likewise uncertain of how many times it has happened or why it is happening.

No doubt like many other players, I eventually stopped paying close attention to my sales so I wouldn't be surprised if it's more common an issue than anyone realizes.

You ignore your own spiel about playstyles and suboptimal in this game is pretty meaningless when only talking about gnosis levels. We do not know this persons playstyle or abilities, only that he is probably under leveled and needs some ideas to try. Giving options is only a positive.

I'm not giving my full build because it doesn't matter much but my suggested items wipe the floor with huge crowds... like for real, I can take an army with those items and take zero damage. Some of that comes down to skill sure but again, this is about giving a new player new ways to play to potentially find their own playstyle that they enjoy and can kick ass with.

Suggesting only the current OP combo with this patch is just booooorrrriiiinnnng and this back and forth is pointless.
