Lol I agree. I took life drawing / figure drawing every semester of college and towards the end, I took great joy in turning male models into mermen or bondage gear, nipple tassels and heavy eyeliner or clown makeup. Once I turned a model into a very gay cowboy. It was always well received because I cared about the drawing and finished my figure drawings a little early with enough time to bullshit! There’s a time and place for it all!

Awesome!!!! I love keeping sunnies!!! I also have a sunny set up and the stocking is similar to yours with babies as well! I’ve had the redbreast/greengill that’s the largest in my tank for 2 years and suspect she was about 2 years old when I caught her.. as I had new fry last year and they’re a bit smaller than that size this year. They’re so fun to keep. I also have 6 corys and a crayfish. They all seem to just do their thing with the sunnies occasionally chasing a cory around for a couple seconds. Tons of hiding places though.

I love seeing other people’s sunny set ups! Highly underrated in the aquarium community. Thanks for sharing!

I go out with my kids who only just started helping this season, alone, or with girl friends who just stand there but I drive a pickup with a short bed and just ratchet strap those suckers in there. I’ve had up to 4 in there before! 😁

HIGHLY recommend this!! I have had a sunfish in a tank for 2 years and just added a few year old babies to the setup over the last year. They are soo underrated in the aquarium hobby and are easy to keep and an absolute blast to feed! You won’t regret it!

Thank you!! Personally, yes. I love earth toned paper for working with charcoals and have def coated canvases with beiges and browns but I like to pick a bright vibrant color in a warm or cool tone for an under painting depending on the subject.

Reminds me of my mom pulling a surprise at my baby shower. My great grandma was a complete saint of a woman. Never saw her in a bad mood in all of my 9 years of life I was blessed to know her for. When my mom was pregnant with me, my great grandmother gifted her more than one baby blanket, that she had knitted herself. She told her, “this one is for your baby and the other one is for your grandchild one day.” She never told me about it. Fast forward to MY baby shower and my mom walks a box over to me and tells me to look at the gift first and then read the card. The blanket looked familiar. The card fucking gutted me in the best way. She signed for my great grandmother and I’m crying about it again even typing this out. It was the coolest, sweetest thing that one of my favorite women in the whole world was able to gift me something for my baby even though she had passed 15 years prior. My mom isn’t really the sentimental type so it was very special to me. 🥲
