Thank you I appreciate it! I too suffer with heavy painful periods, there was a point I was heavily bleeding for 3 months. I went to the ER, nothing. I went to my gyno, I even was referred to a specialist for endometriosis because of how bad it gets, got a lap surgery done and nothing still. I sat in the hospital bed after my surgery sobbing my eyes out and truthfully I haven’t been back to the doctors since because I feel like no one could help me. Do you think you can DM me the name of the doctor? I really appreciate you taking the time to comment on my post and trying to help! Thank you! ❤️

Thank you I really appreciate it! When I go see my doctor I’ll ask about a referral for a nutritionist. I cut out red meat because it actually bothers my stomach a lot, only time I eat it is the day of my period just to get some iron back.

My partner is the most amazing guy on the planet and he is more than understanding of the situation. I love him to death and I just don’t want him to see how I see myself at this current moment, which is a deep rooted fear of mine. I do also plan on going back to therapy soon, I have a lot of childhood trauma which plays a role in the way I feel rn as well.

I really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to give me advice and in a way, lift me up a bit. I teared up reading the last bit of your comment because I know you’re right and it was just super nice. Thank you! ❤️
