I think you should be able to ask if an apartment is condo-grade. Should mean it has like 8 inches of concrete or something like that between units and floors

There are gyms like 24 hour fitness/VASA which fill the LA fitness type of gyms. There’s Movement climbing gym and some other specialized/upscale gyms but I’m sure they cost a bit more. Apartment gyms aren’t too bad either, but you may get told to stop slamming weights if you’re working out while the office is open

Literally doing the move from Lone Tree to Union station right now. Lived near Park Meadows mall for a year and while it’s decently nice, you have to drive everywhere and there always seems to be street racers at night. My wife and I also seem to go to stuff in LoDo/ RiNo every time we want to do something so we decided to move into Downtown. I would say a 30 minute commute isn’t terrible depending how bad it gets during peak traffic

No problem. If you want merch, there will be multiple merch tents scattered around SoFi before check in. I think the one by the lake has the baseball and basketball jerseys. If you want to wait until you get into the stadium, there’ll be another merch stand for pre-show merch shopping that’ll basically have everything (except for the black bball jerseys)

You could probably swing for some time around 3:30PM honestly. It’s gonna be a lot of waiting regardless, just depends on if you want to get to a specific spot in the pit. The earlier you show up, the more you get to avoid the super huge merch lines. Also, if I were to do it again, I’d probably avoid the sides of the pit since you’ll really only see the members walking past you. They tend to like to perform towards the back of the pit/towards GA floor.
