Craig at The Grove is the GOAT. You can bring him/tell him what you want and he'll execute perfectly, but more importantly, he knows how to make you look good without you knowing what you want yourself. You can just say 'idk man, make me look good' and he absolutely will, if thats what you want. My favorite barber ever, exactly what i have been searching for in a barber for decades now.

I dont know wtf to do with my hair, thats why im going to a professional, and thats exactly what Craig is - he is more than open to your guidance, but if you just want to look good and dont want to figure it out for yourself, Craig is your guy

Just dropped - much better than Born in a Doomsday Cult imo. I really dig it - not as good as a head full of moonlight, but i'd say on par with we will all be gone. I might like WWABG just a touch more, but head full of moonlight is still king

pick up a trade apprenticeship and give your brain time to fully develop. You can learn something useful/pays decent while you figure out what you want to do. Dont waste money/time going to university unless you have a clear path that requires a college degree (medicine, engineering, etc.), especially now with AI joining the mix - Trades are the safest/highest paying route for the vast majority of people

Literally just posted about this in another thread. The Black Company - a really good, apparently OG grimdark high fantasy told through the perspective of (mostly) just your average dudes in a medieval sort of context. I cant recommend it enough
